Okay, so you want to sell your home…in today’s Real Estate market?  Some people will say you have lost your mind.  There is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to sell your home, however, you (the seller) must possess the most important ingredient to a successful sale – Being Motivated!

Exactly what does that mean?  It means that you have to listen to your Realtor, respond to information quickly, make decisions in a timely manner and continue to educate yourself through out the entire process.  It also means you must be willing to do what is necessary (within reason) to empower your Realtor to get your home sold.

Obviously, having a great Realtor you can trust is key.  Hire your agent wisely, you will know the right one because they are telling you the truth and allow you to make intelligent informed decisions.  You don’t feel “sold”, you feel the sense of partnership to produce the result.
